Step 2: Please wait for us to email you the invoice.
We will send the payment details to you within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder in case our emails end up there.

Step 3: Make payment according to the instructions provided in the invoice.
Payment has to be made within 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent. Please ensure that you make payment to the correct bank account, and transfer the correct amount (prices differ for normal and registered mail).

Step 4: Reply the invoice email with your payment details
The information that we require will be stated in the invoice email, so just fill in the respective fields accordingly and send it to us.

Step 5: We will verify your payment, and mail out your parcel. Now all you have to do is wait for your purchase to arrive at your doorstep!
Payment verification will be done within 24-48 hours. Thereafter, your parcel will be mailed out within the next 1-2 working days after payment has been verified.

Payment Deadline
Payment is to be made within 24 hours of us sending out the invoice. The payment deadline is clearly stated in the invoice that you will receive.

  • Failure to make payment before the stipulated deadline will cause you to be blacklisted. Once you have been blacklisted, all priority will be removed from your future orders.

  • Normal postage & handling: $1.50 for the first item and $0.50 for every subsequent item
  • Registered postage: Additional $2.25

    Delivery
    All parcels are shipped from Singapore via Singpost. We endeavour to mail out all parcels within 1-2 working days after payment has been verified. Please note that tracking is not available for normal postage and we will not be held responsible in the event that your item fails to reach its final destination. As such, we highly recommend registered postage.

    (only applies to jewellery purchases)
    We keep track of each and every transaction and that enables us to count the number of times you've purchased from us.
    As a form of thanking you for your support, we have implemented a Reward Scheme:
  • Make 4 separate purchases* and you will receive 5%* off your next total purchase (on the 5th time)
  • Make 9 separate purchases* and you will receive 10%* off your next total purchase (on the 10th time)
  • After 10 separate purchases, we start counting all over again (from 0)

    EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
    Refund
    All items purchased are non-refundable.

    Exchange
    We check every item before mailing it out so as to minimise the probability of you receiving a defective item. However, if you do happen to receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We do not entertain change-of-mind exchanges.

    We will accept exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange your faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel (or 10 days from the shipping date). Kindly note that apparels exchanged should be in brand new, unwashed, and unworn condition.

  • If the same item is still in stock, we will exchange your faulty piece for an identical new piece.
  • If your item is out of stock and backorders are not available, we will allow you to exchange your faulty piece for an item of an equal or lower value. If you wish to exchange it for an item with a greater value, you will have to top up the excess.
  • In the event that the above two options are not feasible, we will then proceed to issue a store credit of the same amount.

    Do note that if we accept an exchange, we will only bear the normal postage & handling fees for the parcel to be mailed to you. All other applicable fees will be borne by you.
